While I am impressed with the same day service, I did request that I be texted once delivery was made, as I live out of state and my friend had just gotten out of the hospital so I wanted to be sure he received the flowers without having to disturb him. I never did receive a text from the shop. My friend did text me a thank you along with a picture but the photo was very blurry so I can't really comment on the quality of the product itself. Perhaps texting purchasers with a snapshot of the final product might be a nice touch. Regardless, I'm happy with the fact that the service was as efficient as it was and that my friend was pleased. Thank you very much.
