The lovely bouquet we ordered was delivered exactly as expected. We ordered online and received notification when it was sent. As it was a complicated delivery when we called the store the staff was very informative and helpful and assured us all went well. Many thanks for providing a lovely addition to an even we were unable to attend in person!

I was so sick of 1-800-flowers / flowers.com etc... but I needed same day delivery. Figured I would go local and went with Anna Held. Everything was extremely professional, even the driver asking if it was a good time to hand deliver them. The flowers themselves were absolutely gorgeous! It was a work of art. Go local, and you will be extremely happy with these flowers.

I live in Ohio, but my daughter recently moved to Chicago so I looked for a florist in her area and came across Anna Held's studio. I took a chance and ordered her birthday flowers. Totally loved the flowers she received. Definitely will use them in the future..
